Здобувачі ОПП Туризим, Готельно-ресторанна справа, Харчові технології Волинського фахового коледжу НУХТ в рамках академічної мобільності за програмою Еразмус+ мали чудову нагоду ознайомитися з історією та культурою Латвії в супроводі викладача Hotel School, гіда Іветти Ванаги. Захоплююча подорож розпочалася знайомством з одним із найгарніших міст Європи, частина якого має статус спадщини ЮНЕСКО – Ригою. Студенти занурились в атмосферу Старого міста, оглядаючи розкішні старовинні будиночки, шпилі церковних веж, вузькі вулички середньовічного ганзейського міста, дивовижний Ризький замок, Домський собор, будівлю Великої і Малої Гільдії, Вежу Петра, яка донедавна була найвищою у Ризі, та місцеві музеї. В рамках програми Еразмус+ здобувачі освіти ОПП Харчові технології, Готельно-ресторанна справа та Туризм мали можливість взяти участь у кулінарних майстер-класах – Food Innovations викладача Hotel School (Рига), засновника та власника ресторанів «Adžarija» та «Al Dente» – Романа Артамонова. Завданням для учасників було створити власні, авторські страви з запропонованих продуктів. Здобувачі освіти мали можливість не лише спостерігати, але й стати активними учасниками процесу створення кулінарних шедеврів.
